Terms and Conditions

By ordering or using products from Sparkle Tech Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Payment Terms

Sparkle Tech Ltd accepts Paypal and T/T Wire Transfers as payment for orders. For T/T Wire Transfers, the order will not ship until the payment is received and appears in our account. To minimise fraud and misuse, Sparkle Tech Ltd may request additional verification prior to shipment.  Orders that have been placed, but not paid for within 14 calendar days will be cancelled and the customer notified by the email supplied.

Shipping and Processing Terms

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified.  Additional items may be added to combine shipments at our discretion.  Please place another order and notify us of a request for combined shipping, we will endeavor to combine shipments if an order has not already shipped.

Sparkle Tech Ltd aims to ship orders as soon as possible, on the same day where we can!.  Items that are notified as being in stock will ship within 2 business days.  Items that are on back order will have an estimated availability date.  If there is any change to shipping dates we will notify the customer.  Sparkle Tech Ltd cannot guarantee delivery dates, once shipped, as this is out of our control. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. This address is noted in the email sent to the customer upon ordering. For international orders, you are also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, GST, VAT, duties due upon receipt. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Sparkle Tech Ltd is not responsible for delays, loss or damage stemming from shipments sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages shipped via FedEx at any time and under any circumstance.

We do not ship products to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Yugoslavia and Sudan.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Security and Privacy Policy

We store your phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing addresses in your user account. For your security, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are not stored. User information is only used to ship goods and contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. We do not, give any of your information to any third-party.  We use Paypal as our payment provider for our bank.  For the order amount exceed USD1000 the T/T remittane will be recommended.

These terms of service may be revised at any time and from time to time by updating this page. Certain provisions of these terms of service may be superseded by legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Web Site.

End Use Conditions

Use of products purchased from, or designed by Sparkle Tech Ltd is at your own risk. Sparkle Tech Ltd disclaims all responsibility for any resulting damage, injury, or expense. It is your responsibility to make sure that your activities comply with applicable laws.

The purchaser confirms that the goods purchased from Sparkle Tech Ltd will not be used in relation to nuclear, biological or chemical weapons, or missiles capable of delivering these weapons. The purchaser also confirms that the goods will not be re-exported or sold to a third party who is known or suspected to be involved in relation to nuclear, biological or chemical weapons, or missiles capable of delivering these weapons, or to any sanctioned entities.

The purchaser confirms that any re-export or sale to a third party, is carried out in compliance with the originating/supplying and receiving countries’ export control laws, as applicable.

The purchaser confirms that items shall not be used for military purposes unless notified to Sparkle Tech Ltd where we will assist you in referring your purchase for Department of Defence export control review.

Returns and Warranty

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Goods can only be returned if the item is defective or faulty within 90 days of receipt, or misrepresented on the web site, in which case contact us at sales@drones-mart.com for a returns procedure.

Sparkle Tech Ltd will not accept goods that have been clearly used more than the amount needed to evaluate their functionality.  If the goods are found to be in working condition and the lack of functionality is a result of knowledge or assembly error on the customer's part, no refund will be made, but the goods will be returned to the user at their expense.  If there is evidence that the product has been modified or tampered with in any way, Sparkle Tech Ltd will not be responsible and therefore will not provide an exchange.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sparkle Tech Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sparkle Tech Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sparkle Tech Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions.
